cambiare...si..ma - but change is

Molti dicono che bisogna sempre cambiare, che bisogna rinnovarsi e non fermarsi… inoltre non bisognerebbe rimpiangere il passato, pensare spesso a quel periodo aureo in cui tutto sembrava andare per il meglio…in linea di principio mi trova d’accordo…tuttavia a mio modesto avviso non tutto ciò che cambia e in modo cosi repentino e veloce porta a mio avviso porta sempre al benessere… questo non deve portare al conservatorismo, all’immobilismo… se una legislazione sul lavoro protegge pochi e non i precari, forse andrebbe ammodernata.. se un paese è in declino, forse le politiche economiche vanno riviste ..qualcuno inciterebbe ad emigrare…è vero altresi che nell’opera teatrale “Napoli milionaria” di De Filippo il cambiamento verso la ricchezza, fra l’altro alimentata da affari loschi, ha quasi distrutto l’equilibrio di una famiglia…e scherzosamente l’interesse economico delle pay-tv non ci fa godere a noi maschietti italiani le partite tutte alla domenica e allo stesso orario…non so inoltre se allettare le persone a comprar case con un mutuo al 100% pagabile in 40/50 anni sia stato un bene o un male per tutti noi…è vero altresi che una volta per comprare un appartamento ci si faceva prestare i soldi da parenti (spesso fratelli) e amici più facoltosi..ma erano altri tempi..cosi come oggi i baby boomers mantengono i propri figli precari o bamboccioni…chissa l’anno prossimo e gli anni prossimi cosa succederà…

d'altra parte di stereotipi ce ne sono tanti, come che gli omossessuali debbano stare per forza a sinistra...chiedetelo a Dolce e Gabbana

tutto è opinabile .. è ovvio che è più importante un innocente in galera piuttosto che un rimborso milionario … ed è altrettanto vero che probabilmente la globalizzazione, la tecnologia ha velocizzato tanto, forse troppo gli spostamenti di capitali .. ciò non succede ai vecchi scaffali pieni di documenti cartacei dei tribunali … gli acari della polvere portano però tanti fenomeni di allergie …  liberiamocene di un po’…

…molti articoli di giornali parlano oramai diffusamente della nuova iniziativa legislativa italiana per favorire nuove imprese con soci under 35…parliamo evidentemente delle srl ad un euro..”entusiasmo”…”passo in avanti verso l’innovazione di cui l’Italia ha bisogno”..sono tutti slogan condivisibili rispetto l’iniziativa …a rovinare la festa però, come al solito bisogna dirlo,..prima i notai che pare facciano di tutto per aggirare la norma soprattutto se nella compagine societaria che si presenti presso il loro studio c’è magari qualche “vecchietto” di 36 o 37 anni ..ma di questo parleremo forse un’altra volta…e le banche? .italiane in particolar modo...sempre loro…. non interferiscono forse con la legge attraverso le loro lobby, ma sistematicamente negano i finanziamenti di queste start up (lo afferma un recente articolo de “Il Sole 24 Ore”) che per definizione essendo giovani non hanno una storia soprattutto creditizia …di qui la richiesta dell’intervento sempre dei genitori con ipoteca di case .. garanzie … ecc…in pratica chiedi 100 ma devi (o qualcuno deve per te) garantire per 150…

Allora care banche italiane cosa volete ancora…..

-          Siete state pubbliche (almeno per il 60% della totalità) fino a poco meno di vent’anni fa, infarcendo le dinamiche del vostro personale di nepotismi, favoritismi, raccomandazioni...

-          Le fondazioni che spesso sono dietro il vostro l’azionariato sono poco trasparenti

-          Siete state a lungo piccole rispetto al contesto internazionale, salvo poi scatenarvi in aggregazioni tumultuose, provocando spesso pericolose virate poco organiche

-          I vostri conti correnti sono i più cari d’Europa se non del mondo

-          Avete compartecipato a riempire di rischiosissimi derivati moltissimi Comuni italiani

-          Negli ultimi anni avete avuto soldi dal sistema centrale ad un tasso ridicolo e non lo avete trasmesso nemmeno in parte a famiglie ed imprese

"Cara" Italia - Italy tourism too expensive?

caro blog ...concedimi questo tema....in vacanza in Turchia avevo la sensazione che stesse succedendo questo e un trafiletto de "Il Mondo" me lo conferma...cari operatori del settore, non è che albergo e ombrellone costato ormai troppo?

Turchia batte Enit 40 a 6.

Quando ha letto la notizia Pier Luigi Celli, da pochi mesi nominato presidente dell’ENIT  dal governo Monti, per poco non rischiava l’infarto. Il ministero del turismo turco ha infatti indetto una gara internazionale del valore di 40 milioni di euro per la messa a punto della campagna promozionale del 2013. Lo stanziamento fa impallidire quello a disposizione dell’Agenzia italiana per il turismo che quest’anno ha potuto contare su solo 18,6 milioni (6 dei quali per la sola promozione turistica) a fronte dei 49 milioni del 2009. Celli avrà cosi poche munizioni a disposizione per frenare il continuo declino dell’Italia come una delle principali mete turistiche internazionali. Basti pensare che la Turchia ha triplicato negli ultimi 12 anni il numero dei suoi turisti passando da 10,4 a oltre 31 milioni. E, nonostante la crisi, anche Grecia e Spagna minacciano di togliere spazio all’Italia.

chi dobbiamo stare a sentire?

…è vero scrivere non è facile…non solo bisogna seguire le regole grammaticali, di sintassi, ortografiche ecc...e dopo aver soddisfatto quelle (si spera) si potrebbe essere male interpretati o più modestamente comunicare male…tant’è che questi due articoli del corriere.it hanno destato il mio interesse e per certi versi fomentato il mio senso della contraddizione

… nel primo Mediobanca afferma in sintesi che in questi ultimi anni era meglio non intraprendere e comprare BTP…cioè ...fateci capire…dobbiamo tornare a sognare il posto fisso e investire solo in titoli di stato, tralasciando ogni alea che cubi nelle azioni e in minor parte nelle obbligazioni (chiedo venia per le vittime dei tango Bond e Parmalat)….?...Mediobanca afferma inoltre che sono le aziende a capitale italiano  (il 4° capitalismo,… mai sentito) a soffrirne  di più…è vero altresi che fermarsi al capitale remunerato ..al ROI…forse in questo caso è riduttivo visto che magari  qualcuno della famigggglia ha provveduto a tenersi lauti compensi nei cda…ma sarebbe un discorso lungo e forse tendenzioso…

ma allora tutti i discorsi sulle start up che stiamo facendo…inutili ? dobbiamo rinunciare a provarci, a risollevarci ed essere cassettisti per sempre…?..ci vuole cautela…

Qualora tutto ciò ci avesse convinto…e domani mattina volessimo comprare fiotti di BTP tanto remunerativi..ecco che Goldman Sachs afferma invece di essere ben felice di disfarsene..di aver abbassato la sua esposizione per quasi la sua totalità nel secondo trimestre…inoltre cosa fa? Si copre…per il rischio di default dell’Italia ovviamente ..con cosa? con dei meravigliosi derivati…avete sentito bene…quei prodotti finanziari talmente complessi che chi li costruisce, il giorno dopo, non ricorda nemmeno come ci sia arrivato…gli stessi o comunque facenti parte di quel ceppo di cui tanti comuni del belpaese sono infognati..

…povero cittadino medio..in balia di queste notizie…poi ci si lamenta che la gazzetta dello sport è il quotidiano più diffuso…

Scusate il tono provocatorio….ma quando ci vuole ci vuole…

su Italian startup scene di Facebook qualcuno paventa che in sintesi che mentre in Italia ad Agosto bene o male si va in ferie nella silicon valley o nelle culle dell'innovazione si lavora....sono in sostanza d'accordo ..forse è il caso di cambiare mentalità nel bel paese e non ragionare più come i metalmeccanici degli anni '60/70 con quelle partenze matte i primi di agosto e rientri alla fine del mese stesso, con code autostradali o assalti agli aereoporti ...crisi permettendo....le ferie andrebbero spalmate in più periodi...si stacca con più facilità e si ottengono prezzi nel turismo più umani ...d'altronde negli altri paesi ..quelli definiti una volta industrializzati...si fa cosi da tempo...ne va della produttività e dell'ingegno....

inoltre non la prima volta che fa porta il consiglio comunale a nottate per raggiunger lo scopo...stoico...e pensare che un'assemblea gerarchicamente più in alto della sua ...il parlamento...dico ...il parlamento italiano...cosi corposo e oneroso...si limita spesso a "legiferare" dal martedi pomeriggio al giovedi...perchè i nostri rappresentanti per il resto del tempo operano nel ...territorio...dicono...

Non è più tollerabile aprire un qualsiasi giornale on line e leggere dell’incubo dello spread. E’ un bollettino di guerra quotidiano, fecondato e nutrito da questi fantomatici speculatori che sembrano delle maschere nude teatrali mentre hanno spesso e volentieri un nome ed un cognome, o meglio una sigla aziendale (presumibilmente di origine bancaria). Siamo all’asfissia, al tormento di ogni flebile forma di ottimismo, queste locuste ci stanno mangiando il nostro humus,… i più volenterosi si sentono dei Don Chisciotte, solo che lui si agitava davanti ai mulini al vento, noi al suono di un bit…che qualcuno li fermi prima che sia troppo tardi…..

scrivere su questo blog mi fa venire in mente la figura di Giuseppe Turani ...a mio avviso valente ed illuminato giornalista economico nostrano....
...anche con lui ,quando ero più giovane, ho tentato di capire attraverso "Affari e Finanza" di Repubblica, ma anche attraverso i suoi articoli altrove, il particolare capitalismo all'italiana...retto nel dopo guerra nelle aziende medio-grandi dalla cosidetta galassia Mediobanca di Cuccia (la banca d'affari oggi  appare ancora importante, si veda il caso recente delle Generali e il cambio del suo A.D.) e da una miriade di imprese più piccole tutte inesorabilmente a carattere familiare con tutti i suoi pro e contro...e come dimenticare le analisi sui boardi di stato o sulla cultura del posto fisso nella campanilistica nostra penisola...quando si "vinceva" il posto in banca alla SIP o all'ENEL,....con famiglie di lavoratori che sapevano del loro destino lavorativo a 25 anni e per i futuri 30-35 anni...chi arrivava a 40 anni di contributi era un eroe...
.sembra preistoria non solo per via dell'introduzione del lavoro flessibile, ma molti dicono per la velocità impartita al mondo, per l'asse asiatico che tira le risorse a se, il social che rende le informazioni fulminee..

writing on this blog makes me think of the figure of Giuseppe Turani ... in my opinion worthy and enlightened italian economic journalist ....

even through him  when I was younger, I tried to understand by "Affari e Finanza di Repubblica" (an Italian newspaper), but also through his articles elsewhere,  the particular italian capitalism ... leaded after the second world war in middle-big companies by the so-called galaxy Mediobanca managed by Mr. Cuccia (the investment bank is still important today, as  the recent case of General and the changing of its CEO) and a host of smaller firms all inexorably family capitalized with all its pros and cons  
... and do not forget the discussion concerning the powerful public manager or the  permanent job culture in italian peninsula ... when people "won" the job in a bank or SIP (now Telecom) or ENEL, with workers awared of their careers aged 25 and with a 30-35 years forecasted vision ... those who reached 40 years of welfare contributions   was considered an hero ...

.it seems prehistory not only because of the introduction of temporary work, but they say by speed imparted to the world, the Asia side pulling resources, the social network and his lightning info

smart phone pluralism!!

visto che sono per il plularismo consentitemi il supporto ad altri operatori che sono impegnati nella lotta degli smartphone in primis blackberry e nokia contro l'i-phone o il sansum galaxy.....i monopoli, i duopoli o gli oligopoli hanno le loro pecche...senza per questo nulla togliere alla libera concorrenza e alla possibilità di essere leader dimostrando di servire il mercato con prodotti che maggiormente fanno breccia nel pubblico

...bisogna (?) sempre aggiornarsi sui neologismi e sulle sigle nuove...Nanni Moretti (regista cinematrografico italiano, per chi non lo conoscesse) schiaffeggia nel film "Palombella Rossa" l'intervistatrice di turno perchè utilizzava la parola "trend"...eravamo a metà anni '80...da li ci sono state tante evoluzioni entrate nel linguaggio comune....pochi esempi...sms, PC, dual band, mms, ...pare già preistoria....oggi entri in una discussione fra startappari e ti imbatti in ISS, pitch, funding, editor (quest'ultimo non è cosi nuova), seed, venture capital (o VC), angels....ho capito ...chi fa un glossario?!!

SMS, PC, dual-band, MMS, .....seems already ancient history ... ... . now you enter into a discussion between startuppers and you come across ISS, pitch, funding, editor (the latter is not so new), seed, venture capital (or VC), angel .... ok understood.... who does ... a glossary?!!
