rivogliamo la Milano anche uggiosa, ma simbolo della laboriosità e di una certa morale...con dei servizi al cittadino eccellenti e non corrotti e politicizzati....falsamente fredda e invece accogliente di quelli seri e riservati, ma anche aperti e sorridenti .capace di riciclarsi ..di essere innovativa...per sogno ancora grigia industriale....non la volgiamo più coatta, palazzinara, infestata da luoghi comuni, intollerante...paonazza e col drink in mano ..dai

Molti dicono che bisogna sempre cambiare, che bisogna rinnovarsi e non fermarsi… inoltre non bisognerebbe rimpiangere il passato, pensare spesso a quel periodo aureo in cui tutto sembrava andare per il meglio…in linea di principio mi trova d’accordo…tuttavia a mio modesto avviso non tutto ciò che cambia e in modo cosi repentino e veloce porta a mio avviso porta sempre al benessere… questo non deve portare al conservatorismo, all’immobilismo… se una legislazione sul lavoro protegge pochi e non i precari, forse andrebbe ammodernata.. se un paese è in declino, forse le politiche economiche vanno riviste ..qualcuno inciterebbe ad emigrare…è vero altresi che nell’opera teatrale “Napoli milionaria” di De Filippo il cambiamento verso la ricchezza, fra l’altro alimentata da affari loschi, ha quasi distrutto l’equilibrio di una famiglia…e scherzosamente l’interesse economico delle pay-tv non ci fa godere a noi maschietti italiani le partite tutte alla domenica e allo stesso orario…non so inoltre se allettare le persone a comprar case con un mutuo al 100% pagabile in 40/50 anni sia stato un bene o un male per tutti noi…è vero altresi che una volta per comprare un appartamento ci si faceva prestare i soldi da parenti (spesso fratelli) e amici più facoltosi..ma erano altri tempi..cosi come oggi i baby boomers mantengono i propri figli precari o bamboccioni…chissa l’anno prossimo e gli anni prossimi cosa succederà…

d'altra parte di stereotipi ce ne sono tanti, come che gli omossessuali debbano stare per forza a sinistra...chiedetelo a Dolce e Gabbana

...l'italia come sempre è un paese particolare...da lira ad euro tutti i prezzi raddoppiano..le case triplicano...con la crisi il valore degli immobili non decresce ..al massimo resta fermo...anche perchè non esiste rivendere una casa a meno di quanto averla comprata ...si introduce la classe energetica per rendere le case più compatibili...e anche quelle più recenti ma con classe energetica più bassa rimangono care..viva il mercato...ad hoc..

Riteniamo altresì anacronistiche o comunque asincrone le indagini e i procedimenti fatti su quelle aziende dopo che queste abbiano cambiato pelle o semplicemente proprietà (anche più di una volta) già diverso tempo … siamo chiari, se fosse appurato un reato o un illecito che i responsabili paghino ..fa specie però vedere rinvii a giudizio per amministratori delegati di cinque anni prima o azionisti di maggioranza di tre cicli economici antecedenti con i nuovi proprietari costretti a imputare a bilancio fior di fondi in bilancio in “litigation” visto che nella due diligence di acquisizione non erano emerse criticità …

tutto è opinabile .. è ovvio che è più importante un innocente in galera piuttosto che un rimborso milionario … ed è altrettanto vero che probabilmente la globalizzazione, la tecnologia ha velocizzato tanto, forse troppo gli spostamenti di capitali .. ciò non succede ai vecchi scaffali pieni di documenti cartacei dei tribunali … gli acari della polvere portano però tanti fenomeni di allergie …  liberiamocene di un po’…
